Ayahuasca, San Pedro & Sweat Lodge Ceremony Descriptions
We know what it’s like to wonder what to expect in this adventure in consciousness and this “outside the box” kind of experience. So here you go! We describe each ceremony (links are below) so you can have some idea of what to expect. Lots of people are nervous especially if this is their first time being with the medicine.
You can set your mind at ease! You are in good hands at Gaia Sagrada and there is a ton of support if you need it. We are very experienced with what we do, and so are our shamans.
Most people who are nervous stop feeling nervous after they get here and see what a beautiful, supportive and loving place this is with amazing staff. They REALLY stop feeling nervous after their first ceremony and realize they can handle this. It’s not as “far out” as they might have thought it would be.
After all, the scariest one you’re going to meet in any of these ceremonies is perhaps the parts of yourself that you don’t like, where unresolved issues are, and you’ll realize you are being given the tools for handling that with the medicines, shamans and our integration circles the next day after each ceremony. You’ve got this!

We look forward to your stay at Gaia Sagrada and we are here to be in service to your awakening and your processes, whatever that may entail. We have been doing this for more than a decade, and we’ve seen it all. There is nothing we don’t know how to handle here.

Don’t forget to enjoy the fireflies at night, the clear stars and the Milky Way at night, and the butterflies and hummingbirds in the gardens during the day!
