Christine Breese

Christine Breese is the founder of Gaia Sagrada Ayahuasca Retreat Center near Cuenca, Ecuador, as well as the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS) in Arcata, California. Through these projects, she has dedicated her life to creating safe, supportive spaces for spiritual exploration and transformation.

Christine’s vision with Gaia Sagrada is to make authentic plant medicine traditions accessible in a respectful and responsible way, working alongside highly experienced ayahuasca and San Pedro shamans in Ecuador. With more than 35 years on her spiritual path, she has immersed herself in shamanic practices as well as many other spiritual disciplines, bringing a broad perspective to her work.

In addition to her retreats and teaching, Christine shares a wide range of free resources online. Her talks, meditations, and teachings can be found on her YouTube and Vimeo channels, as well as on her website ChristineBreese.com. She is also currently writing two books: Choose Yourself: The Power of One to Change the World and Integrity Handbook for Spiritual Teachers, Healers and Leaders.

Christine’s approach is rooted in service and accessibility. She offers an extensive library of free meditations, articles, videos, and courses so that people everywhere can benefit from these teachings. Gaia Sagrada and UMS are just two expressions of her lifelong commitment to supporting personal transformation, spiritual awakening, and a deeper connection with the Earth.
